Lamont’s Barber Certification Program was created to bridge the gap between theory and real-world barbering.

After more than 25 years as a licensed professional Master Barber, working behind the chair, building clientele, managing shop culture, and mentoring others, one thing became clear: many aspiring barbers lack structured, hands-on guidance rooted in real experience.

This program exists to provide that foundation.

We offer skill-based certification programs designed to develop precision, confidence, professionalism, and long-term growth in the barbering industry. 

Our goal is not just to teach haircuts — but to teach execution, discipline, and industry standards that translate into income and opportunity.

Why We Offer This Program

The barber industry is evolving. Clients expect precision, service, professionalism, and consistency. Social media has increased visibility, but not necessarily skill.

We created this program to:

10-Week Barber Certification & Mentorship Program

A structured, in-depth training experience combining technical skill, professionalism, workflow, and real-world shop preparation.

4-Hour Group Intensives

Small group skill development sessions designed for hands-on learning and peer environment growth.

One-on-One Private Mentorship Sessions

Personalized correction, refinement, and accelerated skill development tailored to the individual.
